CFB Predictions Sure to go Wrong (Part 4)

Today is the final day of our CFB predictions sure to go wrong before the season gets going. We’re looking at the College Football Playoff four while taking a stab at who’ll be champion plus a top 25.

Four Quarters Top 25 Poll: Week 10

The last poll of the regular season, fear not we’ll have a final one after the bowl season for those needing the fix. Not a whole lot of changes at the top but we did have teams drop in the poll. We say hello to Conference USA champion Tulsa (10-3) and Sun Belt champion Arkansas State (9-3) this week. We say a fond farewell to Kent State who fell in OT of the MAC championship game on Friday night.

Four Quarters Top 25 Poll: Week 9

Notre Dame (12-0) remains in the top spot but surprisingly Oregon (11-1) is still second in our poll. SEC teams take spots 3-5 with ties at spots seven, nine, 11 and 18 this week. Hello to three state schools in California in San Jose State (10-2), San Diego State (9-3) and Fresno State (9-3). Goodbye to Ohio State (12-0), Michigan (8-4), Texas (8-3) and Rutgers (9-2).

Four Quarters Top 25 Poll: Week 5

We bid adieu to Ohio (7-1) and Michigan (5-3) from the poll while saying welcome back to Nebraska (6-2), hello for the first time to a pair of MAC teams Toledo (8-1) and Kent State (7-1). Our number one is split between (8-0) Alabama and Oregon. Six SEC teams, five from the Pac-12 with five then four Big XII teams.
